You have 7 days to return your item after you receive it.
You can return your item if it is in the same condition you received it. It must not have been worn or abused and be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
You can reach us at sales@hotspotunlimited5g.com to initiate a return. We will send you instructions on how to return your package and a return shipping label if your return is accepted. We will not accept any items returned without first asking for a return.

Issues and damages
We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly packaged, please contact us immediately to have it corrected.
Non-returnable/exceptional items
Some items are not returnable, such as perishable goods, flowers, plants, custom products, and personal care products, such as beauty products. We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your item, please get in touch.
We are unable to accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
Exchanges
You can return your item as soon as you receive it. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a new purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed on your original method of payment. It may take some time for your bank to process the refund and send it
